Our Strength sessions are all about building your muscle mass and toning your body. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and body weight exercises in this session. A "slower" paced workout, focused on exercise under tension and correct technique.
Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session is a high intensity, cardiovascular session and high calorie burner. Mostly bodyweight with weights incorporated sometimes.
Our Conditioning session is a perfect mix of strength, cardio and core conditioning. An overall full body workout pushing those muscles to the limits and helping you burn those calories during and after your training session!
Our Heavy Lifters session is our newest class and is a mix of cardio, conditioning and heavier powerlifting moves designed to dramatically increase skeletal muscle strength. We use a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells in this session with strong focus on correct technique and form.

Our Boxing session is a high calorie burning partnered workout, using boxing and kickboxing strikes and combos, interval training, along with core conditioning to keep your mind and body working hard.
Booty & Core class is all about building a strong and supportive core, whilst toning and lifting your booty. We use weights, bodyweight, resistance and booty bands. It is a great low impact class!
Our Bootcamp session is a mix of strength, HIIT and cardio incorporating various equipment, running and core - this session has it all. A fun way to end the week and start your weekends!
**No previous experience required. All fitness levels, men and women, are welcome and catered to. Whether you are starting an exercise regime for the first time, returning after a long break or are post-natal and returning after baby.
