Sarah Konig

Founder, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

My name is Sarah and I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 6 years. I am passionate about health & fitness and a strong believer in living an active and balanced lifestyle.

My passion for fitness developed through my own weight loss journey as a young adult. I found myself putting all my time & energy into work and study, spending no time on my own health and fitness.

As a mum to 2 young girls, I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself but I strongly believe in healthy & happy parent = healthy & happy family. My goal is to support & motivate as many people as I can – to not be afraid of change, get out their comfort zone to achieve their goals and live their best life possible.

Elle Phillips

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

My name is Elle and I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor for Dynamite Fitness. I believe in making time for yourself everyday and the highest act of self love is to care for our bodies. Training helps not only our physical health but our mental health too. That’s why I do PT! To provide people with an outlet and to guide them on their journey of self improvement 🙂

Small Group Fitness

Our boutique small group sessions are designed to allow our trainers time to focus on each individual within the group. Each individual has their unique fitness goal but as a group we support and motivate each other to achieve these together

Mums & Bubs

As busy mums, we rarely find time for ourselves. Our Mums & Bubs fitness class allows you to re-gain your fitness and do something positive for your wellbeing without leaving bubs side!
