I  have been involved in team and individual sports my whole life and love  the connections and friendships it creates with like minded people. 


I am  passionate about Muay Thai and have been training since 2006. I am a Qualified Instructor (Khru) and have also stepped into the ring as an Amateur Fighter on 3 occasions.  


Teaching Muay Thai and group fitness classes gives me so much joy. I love seeing people’s confidence grow as they push themselves outside their comfort zone and achieve their health & fitness goals.


I joined the Dynamite Fitness team as a Trainer in 2021.  Two years later, in 2023, I was honoured to be given the opportunity to take over the reigns as new owner, and carry on providing the same high-quality health and fitness coaching to the wonderful Dynamite community.


Being a motivating factor in a person’s fitness journey puts me in my happy place!!

Sarah founded Dynamite Fitness in 2017 to provide a family friendly community fitness group for all levels.


She is passionate about health & fitness and a strong believer in living an active and balanced lifestyle. 


As a mum to 4 young girls, she knows how difficult it can be to find time for yourself but strongly believes in healthy & happy parent = healthy & happy family. Her goal is to support & motivate as many people as she can – to not be afraid of change, get out their comfort zone to achieve their goals and live their best life possible.


In 2021 Sarah relocated her family to the NSW Hunter Valley.  She continued to operate Dynamite Fitness remotely behind the scenes with trainers running the in-person classes until 2023.  


She now shares her passion for Muay Thai and fitness with the Maitland community where she runs a successful Muay Thai Fitness gym with her husband, Jason.
