I love training with dynamite fitness! Sarah makes sure every session is different to keep us on our toes, and makes turning up to training fun! As a busy mum to two incredibly active little boys, dynamite gives me the chance to do something for me, make new friends & really gives me the energy to get through my day. I never thought I’d be the person to take on an obstacle course challenge & survive – but thanks to sarah I’m about to take on my second, and I can’t wait!
