
Small Group Fitness
Our boutique small group sessions are designed to allow our trainers time to focus on each individual within the group. Each individual has their unique fitness goal but as a group we support and motivate each other to achieve these together.
Exercise technique is priority to us; we want to ensure your body is strong & healthy for years to come. How many times have you attended a group fitness class & felt you were not doing something correctly… or felt like just another number in the room?
Our goal is to share our fitness knowledge with you, providing you with the tools you need to continue your fitness outside of our training sessions, at home with your friends & family.
No training session at Dynamite Fitness is ever the same; we aim to provide a fun, encouraging & challenging atmosphere, for all ages and fitness levels.
