Dynamite Fitness offers one on one and small group personal training.

If you have a health & fitness goal you wish to achieve, there is no better way to do so than with the support & motivation from a fitness professional. Based on your individual goals, we design fitness sessions tailored to you. Our sessions are focused on exercise technique and building your core strength assisting you to reach your goals sooner & keeping your body strong and injury free.

 

Dynamite PT also includes health screening, fitness benchmarking (with continued fitness progress reports), a personalised weekly fitness plan & nutrition guidance to keep you on track.
