
Mums & Bubs
As busy mums, we rarely find time for ourselves. Our Mums & Bubs fitness class allows you to re-gain your fitness and do something positive for your wellbeing without leaving bubs side!
You will leave the class feeling refreshed and full of energy to tackle the rest of your day.
Our Mums and Bubs sessions are run at Peel Reserve – The Ponds every Monday and Wednesday 9.30am.
Grab a mum buddy or your playgroup friends and spend some time on you – Mums & Bubs of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
